It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our Mum.

The family would like to thank Dr McIntosh and staff at the Mirin Medical Practice, the carers at Invercare and the staff members and volunteers at the Accord Hospice for their kindness and support shown to our Mum.

Her life will be celebrated in a private ceremony with a collection for the Accord Hospice.
